Profile search function by occupation? (1 Viewer)

Since this is a "professional" forum, has anyone given any thought as to allowing member profile information be searchable by occupationn? or other fields for that matter?

For example, I'm a human resources professional and it would be great to be able to network with others in HR if I were looking for a new job, wanting to relocate to another city, etc...

If you go to the memberslist page and click on Advanced Search then type in the occupation of choice you will get a return of all the members that have that occupation listed in their profile.
