Problems with DVD Profiler (1 Viewer)

I dont know what happened. But my DVD profiler refuses to add any more DVD's ???? It works fine, but after the refresh after the addition, the dvd is not there. Tried on several dvd's & the same thing? Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

I have never had that happen to me but I have seen other people with a lot more discs than you do. Try reinstalling it.
