I downloaded the driver from the ATI website but when I installed it, I got a message saying that the driver is not compatible with the card installed in my system (which is the Radeon LE).

    Has anyone experienced this?

I'm trying to get back the ability to choose my TV or my monitor as my display device and under windows 98 I could do that but now with XP, I can't.

My guess is that those drivers don't have a vendor/product id string in the INF file that matches your card (the LE). You can either add it manually by copying/pasting from another driver which does support the LE, or (easier and more future proof) flash your LE with the bios from the regular 32mb DDR card w/tv-out, so the drivers will then recognize it.
