Problems receiving Directv local channels (1 Viewer)

How long have you had DirecTV? If the setup is new, then maybe it wasn't setup correctly. Is it just the local channels? How did you get them activated? I had to call DirecTV to get mine activated. Maybe they're running a free trial period in your area before they do a full launch of the local channels. They did that here, although it was a 24-hour a day deal, not just 10pm to 8am.
