I have been trying without success to order Room 222 from Shout Factory. Their checkout screens have stopped me at every turn. I get messages it does not recognize my password or user ID. I have changed my account, set up new ones, used different computers to order, etc. No success.
I called direct and got some surfer-sounding guy who did everything he could to not take my order over the phone. He gave me contact numbers but little help. I eventually got a email from their tech support that told me to set up a new account. It still doesn't work. Maddening! I will try to call tomorrow once I regain my strength and sanity. Wish me luck.
