I've just got Panasonic PT AE100 16:9 Projector, I'm using composite video from a Pioneer DV535 and i've got vertical lines in the picture and they are quite obvious, they go across the whole width of the picture and stand out more when the picture is a light grey.

Does anyone know what it is and how to stop them ?

    Thanks.

    Mark,

Not immediately obvious what causes it. It shouldn't be there. Did you set your DVD-player to '16x9' in one of its settings?

I've found out what the problem was, a really cheap composite cable from DVD to amp, changed it and it worked wonders.
