Problem with DVD Profiler... (1 Viewer)

I had to reinstall dvd profiler a couple times and everytime I do, I download my collection from my dvd profiler web page. However, that never downloads the images into the software for some reason. I've tried using the update profiles option, but it thinks they are all up to date. The only way I can do it is by manually adding the pictures for each title. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

That's the only way to do it unless you have the pay version. You could always do a backup every once and awhile. That way you wouldn't have to update all of the images, just the ones you've added since the last backup.
