Well, I own a Pioneer 704 LD player. It is a player that can play both sides of a LD (so you do not have to get up and flip the disc over).
Well, now I have to get up.
For some reason it will not play the other side now. I used to be able to push B and it would flip over to side B. Even when watching side A, if it gets to the end of side A it just stops now (it used to automatically flip to side B).
Any ideas on what could be wrong? I know I will probably have to go to the shop and spend $200 just to fix the damn thing.
Any help is appreciated. First problem this player has ever had and I have had it for years.

I have a CLD-D703 and it has the same problem now and then. I have been able to get it to work again by unplugging it and plugging it in again.

Thanks Bob, problem solved :)
I unplugged the power strip last night and that did not work.
I took your advice and unplugged the actual player and now it is working just fine!
