Not thinking of doing it or anything, just curious, you
can make a rear projection tv from a front projector, can
you tear apart a rear projection tv and make a front
projector out of it?

Tim,
In theory you certainly could.. They both use the same
technologies but rather than displaying directly to a
screen with a Rear Projection you also bring a mirror
into the equasion. I would assume that a FP made into
a RP would need to be mounted upside down and vice versa.
