Can someone confirm that the new R2 SE of Pretty Woman is the director's cut?

The re-mastered edition, with the silver sticker on saying "New Bonus Footage" is NOT the Director's Cut version which was released on VHS a few years ago.
The "Bonus Footage" must relate to the few extras on the disc - Production Featurette, Music Video, Trailor, and Director's Audio Commentary.
