Does anyone know if this is a legitimate release? Certainly is expensive.

Amazon.co.uk mentions that it is Region A locked which is odd for a European release.

It's in this set. The question no-one has answered is: is this box-set legitimate? Included is an apparently deluxe book which does not sound like a bootlegger's normal working method.
