Preorders for American Outlaws DVD still showing DTS as a spec ? (1 Viewer)

According to dvdempire, dvdexpress, dvdplanet, and Amazon to name just a few, they are still listing DTS as one of the audio formats for the DVD American Outlaws .
Warner Bros. has stated that they will not support DTS for their DVD product for the time being. So I'm a little confused.
Can anyone verify the DTS spec on American Outlawsto be true ?

As far as I know this has not changed. I haven't seen this movie yet, but I love westerns and plan to buy this to show WB there is a demand for better sound like DTS.

I have read this press release by Warner on the DVDfile website but am still confused as to why Warner is adding a DTS track on the American Outlaws DVD, but yet they say they will not support DTS on DVD at the moment.
I sure hope this is not a typo or some error on the PR from Warner, but would be cool if this was true and we would get a DTS track!!
