    For example:

    GIVEN:

HARMAN KARDON AVR 525 (7.1 AVR)
    TECHNICS SU-8080 POWER AMP

Is it permissible to connect one or more of the AVR'S PREAMP OUTPUT's (i.e. SR) to an additional POWER AMP ....WHILE.... also connecting speakers to the AVR'S ....LIKE...SPEAKER OUTPUT'S (i.e. SR)?

If you mean using the HK for perhaps front three, whilst Technics for surrounds, or vice versa, and your HK has pre-outs for the channels you want, and you don't short out anything in the process, or have ground porlbems, then yes.

You’ll have to try it and see. Some receivers automatically disconnect the internal amps when the pre-outs are used.
