Pre-ordering games at DVD Empire (1 Viewer)

Has anyone had any experiences ordering games through DVD Empire? I preordered Silent Hill 2, but it still hasn't shipped

, so I'm wondering if this slow shipment is a one time situation, or indicative of all pre-orders of games there. (I get most of DVD's right on time through DVD Empire).
It wouldn't be such a bummer if EBGames wasn't late in shipping PSOv2 as well!

I have never bought games from DVD Empire but I have bought the majority of my DVDs from them and I always receieve them a day early or on release date when I pre-order.
The problem is more than likely the game distributor & not DVD Empire. I would definitely give them a call and figure out whats going on.

Yup. Game distribution works differently to DVDs. Generally, stores do not get them in as far advance, unlike DVDs.
