Pre-amp with XLR balance output??

    Can someone point me to the choice I got here if I what to go the "balanced" way? What are my choices for pre-amps??

    Preamps? Loads.
    Prepros? Not many. Lexicon have one I think and Bryston too.

    Fully balanced internally or just has XLR balanced outputs/inputs? The Anthem AVM-20 has XLR inputs and outputs but is not fully balanced internally.

    Levesque, If you want to address your Rotel/Sat noise with a balanced preamp remember that Rotel's amp is not truly balanced from input to output. It just offers balanced inputs. So you might/might not be able to realize the benefits of balanced topology esp. if everything else in your system is 'unbalanced'.

    I have never played with balanced conections myself so what I am saying is purely from reading. I might be wrong so dont take my word for it. Its just something to keep in mind.

    Thanx Yogi. I know the problem to well... But I'm just trying to solve my problem, and look at different alternatives...

    Not just XLR outputs.
