This months (6/02) AudioXpress Magazine has an article by David Harris titled "Measuring Passive Radiators". I have just glanced at the article and they use a Woofer Tester and a known (tested) driver to perform test tomeasure the PR values.
FYI, for anyone looking into using PR's.

I have not read the article yet, hope to tonight. He uses impedence graphs to get some of the values. Sorry I don't have more, the article is at home.
