Does anyone have the component cable for GC? I am getting my GC next week and am wondering if the upgrade is worth it.

Also does GC output digtial audio?

If you have an HDTV set I would highly reco. the component cable. It makes the games that support hdtv look absolutly stunning. As Wendell said though, Nintendo skimped on the digital audio, though this is probably due to the lack of dvd playback.

It is definitly worth it if you can take advantage of the progressive scan games. If you have an analog set, you wont see $35 dollars worth of difference in the picture over S-Video.

Get the cables. They make a big difference in PQ, moreso than that of the PS2 or Xbox IMO.
