Posting pictures

    How do I post pictures to the site or a thread??

    Use the "IMG" button in the thread to post the picture. You will need to know what the "url/address" of the image is. If you have the image on your computer then you will either need to upload that image to your cyberspace (check with your ISP on how to do this) or use yahoo or some other free service to upload your images to.

    Thanks for your response. I just tried what you suggested and after spending 20 min on typing a long post with the url to the images I tried to submit my reply and it said I needed to have posted 15 times before it would let me reference a URL. What gives?

    Is their another way to get the images on the site?

    There have been a number of "spammers" on the site that arrive and post one post to take advantage of the HTF and promote their own products or websites for free. This was a way to curb that kind of posting.

    Post the url/pictures here and I will edit them for you. Afterwards, I can change the title of the thread if you wish.

    Finally post the pictures to the HT gallery at

    www (dot) hometheaterforum (dot) com/gallery/New-HT

    You can do whatever you want to them.

    I see you found the gallery. In the future if you want to post a picture in a post just type the url like you did with the above link to the gallery and we can fix it for you until you get the necesary 15 posts.
