What is the main size of movie posters today? Do most movies come in this size poster? What about the size of older movies?
Or to put it another way: What size poster frame (lighted) would you spend money on if you wanted to buy ONE in the future?[IMG]

    Hi DaleI,

Many of the movie poster frames you can buy today accomodate posters up to 27" x ~42". I think that's considered a "standard" size. As for the posters themselves, they do range in size a little bit. Some of my smaller posters are about 26" x 40", while others are the full 27" x 42". All of them look fine, however, in the standard LOC frame.

    Hope this helps!

The standard movie poster is called a "One Sheet" which equates to 27x41 or 27x40 for older versions. Make sure you purchase a frame that will accomodate a one sheet sized poster as many poster frames come in the smaller 24x36 variety and will not work with movie posters.
