I have stated it before and I will again. I think the ultimate solution to OAR and J6P is not software based but hardware.
By that I mean, if all DVD players had a clean, clear zoom such as the Toshibas I have seen and have, then J6P could zoom his OAR image to fill his 4:3 screen to his hearts delight and we OAR fans would continue to get the software with its anamorphic OAR presentation.
Look at that zoom feature as training wheels until J6P becomes one of else and sees the light.
Most of else have probably walked the same path at one time or another.
