Possible for Tivo to record without commercials? (1 Viewer)

I was under the impression that Tivo recorded the programs without commercials. Is this incorrect, or do I have to change a setting or something?

Tivo records commercials. It's up to you to either fast forward through them or use the 30 sec. skip button.
