I glued my 3" port tubes into the cabinets on my Adire 281's last night. Now I see that they may be 1.5" too long. I didn't measure the flare for total length but should have. What difference will this make? Is it worth pulling them out and starting over?

It will lower the tuning frequency. How much depends on a lot of other variables, if its going to be very difficult to correct listen to them first, see if they sound good to you, if you aren't impressed go hack away.

Thanks. Actually, according to the Precision Port Calculator, the length that they are at is closer than what Adire recommends. I'm going to listen to them with the front baffles clamped on. Like you said, if it's no good, I'll rip 'em out.
