Port length for Shiva EBS (1 Viewer)

The plans call for a "full length 12" center tube". What does this mean? Is it the length of the port from end to end or just the tube between the two flared ends. I am using the 4" flared port from Parts Express. Thanks!

Some flared ports come as 3pcs kits.

2 flares and a straight center section that's usually cut to length.

In this case, the center section is left the stock length 12"

Thanks for answering! My port kit is made of 3 sections. Does this mean that the overall port length will be something like 17 inches long (with the flaired ends included?) Thanks.

Haven't played with that particular port so don't know, sounds about right.

Just don't cut or shorten anything, assemble the pieces as they were delivered.
