Popping noise from speakers? (1 Viewer)

First off, I would like to say hello to everyone. This is my first post here, and I have a question. When I change the channels on my television there is a static popping noise everytime I change it. My source is just cable tv (not digital). I have a Daewoo televison, a JVC reciever, and Cerwin Vega front/sub/and center speakers. I used radioshack gold wiring for most of it. Any thoughts?
