poly filling sub (1 Viewer)

I see most of the guys are filling the saw40s with poly fill.I want to try that on my little 60 watt awia sub.Are they all alike or is the sawm40 special where you can fill it with no problems.What iam concerned about is that i open the back of the thing and all the parts go flying out and not be able to put it back together. Also is there any chance of fire? THANKS FOR THE HELP.

Unscrew the driver and it should just come out (with the wires attached). Do not overstuff with polyfill especially in the area by the power supply as it will need some cooling space. I damaged my PSB SUb6 in this manner but luckily for me I was able to repair by replacing 4 transistors.

Where exactly do i put the fill and are any parts going to fall out when i take the cover off.THANKS
