If better horror movie were being made, I might be inclined to say horror. The same can be said of comedies. I find the majority of dramas to be pandered crap aimed at the masses. Action movies don't draw me in enough to suspend my disbelief anymore. Classics are too dated to hold my interest. What does that leave? Crappy "pop" movies: She's All That, Summer Catch, and the likes of Dirty Dancing.
In all seriousness, I would have to say: whatever mood I'm in. There's no one set genre that I watch more than another. If it's good, I'll watch it. More often than not, (when not much seems to tickle my ass) I'll go with a comedy or a fantasy.

I like all films, including non-genre types. But if I had any weakness, it would be, well, science fiction--unfortunately, only a handful of films truly qualify as science fiction.

I enjoy mob/crime sagas (i.e. Godfather, Goodfellas, Se7en) and war movies/epics (i.e. Gladiator, SPR, Apocolypse Now) about equally.

    Comedy!

I also love anything that's animated or has the slightest bit of comedy. (Yes, even The Maltese Falcon has some great humor.)

Probably "drama" which would include "crime dramas".I also definitely enjoy "War" movies, which would come in a very close second place.

I really like "good" science fiction movies. The problem is that there are very few "good" science fiction movies made.

The same thing can be said of comedy. Very few "comedy" movies are very good.

I finally figured out what I thought seemed odd about this thread: it's a poll, a real poll in the "Polls" forum! No wonder it seemed so strange. (Yes, wry commentary here. ...)
