I just got a great deal on a pair of Polk LSi9's that I couldn't pass up. The problem is that I need a pair of stands and these things are huge. They are 15" deep by 8" wide and weigh almost 35lbs. Any suggestions on a stand?

I use four-post dual shelf plant stands bought at a local un-finished solid wood furniture store for about $35-$40 a piece. You can paint or stain them any way you like and there's a bottom shelf for do-dad's (or cd's/dvd's). And they are stong enough to sit on should you feel the need. The one's I'm using for my RTi6's are 13Wx18Dx24H.
