    I don't have a top 10 because I cannot make up a certain order.
But I think the transfers on the following discs are great:
Toy Story 1+2, A Bug's Live, Shrek (all direct digital transfers), Braveheart, The Goonies, Superman, North by Northwest, X-Men, Seven, Fight Club, Pleasantville, Tomorrow Never Dies, Desperado SB, Swordfish, Saving Private Ryan, The Insider, LA Confidential,Traffic, Wonder Boys, Titan A.E., MI:2, Alien, Aliens.
These are just out of my head and the list is certainly not complete.

Antz, Prince of Egypt, and Legend of Bagger Vance are three great Dreamworks transfers that have not been mentioned yet. All of them are near perfect. I only saw Bagger Vance as a rental and am not a big fan, but I also can't deny that it is one of the best transfers I have seen.

I agree with many of those mentioned above.
I will add a couple that are not mentioned very often, but are VERY good transfers:
City of Angels (incredible transfer! Not a very good movie)
    Romeo Must Die
    The Thirteenth Floor
Personally, other than animated titles like Toy Story, I think The Fifth Element is still the best transfer ever!
