I just upgraded to the 3802. So far I love it. I like the sound of the Denon over Yamaha and Onkyo for music. The 3802 should be the cheapest of the 3. You should go listen to each to see which sounds best to you. You should also listen to Marantz and HK. What speakers are you connecting the receiver to? This makes a big difference in sound.

The Denon's specs are here. The 3802 is spec'd for 6 & 8ohm loads. There are numerous people on this board who are driving 4ohm speakers with the Denon w/o any problems.
