Please help with satelite speakers (1 Viewer)

I am setting up a home theater. And the sofa has to go all the way back against the wall. I have to mount the surround speakers directly over head on the ceiling. Putting them on the side isn't an option. How will surround speakers sound directly oner head pointing down at you. Thanks

Better than not having them, but not as good as having them where they should be. If it's your only option, it's not really optional, is it?

Why not buy mounts that hang from the cieling and put them to the sides of the couch?
