Please help me identify an instrumental (from sound clip) (1 Viewer)

I've been trying to figure out this song for a while now. It may or may not be from a movie. The quality of the sound clip is pretty awful, but the song should be intelligible enough to make an ID of it. It's probably a long-shot, but I hope someone recognizes it.

Definitely James Bond. One of the ones where he was in the orient. Possibly "Man with the Golder Gun". Think the later Sean Connery Era or early Roger Moore.
