Please help, displaying graphics (1 Viewer)

Help, I cannot display certain graphics on websites.

Prime example, I go to PSB and there are no pictures, just empty white background boxes.

Is my video card or internet options configured wrong?

You have images turned on in your browser right? What browser are you using? Do you have javascript turned off, it looks like PSB's website uses it a lot.
