    Hi

I'm a photograpger and I'm wanting my clients to be able to view there images on my TV

I'm looking to go from a Mac G5 to a 42" Grand WEGA

I can get the computer to recognize the display but the images look VERY poor and not crisp at all. I've tried all resolution settings, connections, etc

Can someone please walk me through what I need to do to get this to work??!!??

    Thanks

    Carder

What type of connection are you using to the TV? Composite or S-video to the TV will always be sub-optimal. If you're TV has a DVI interface, I'd suggest using it.

I've tried everything I can think of
    DVI to DVI
borrowed a converter from a friend that changes the VGA to S-video

The images are just VERY pixelated and a little muddy

I've heard that people use Powerstrip software to adjust/select the exact resolution of their computer for display on an HDTV.

So you have to know the exact native resolution of your display (TV).

Otherwise you're going through the TV's scaler and not able to using the full screen.

Not sure if Powerstrip can run on a Mac though...
