...create a list of Blu-rays I wish to sell, and then indicate when some titles are sold? Does that require a new post for each one saying such-and-as is sold, or can one edit his or her OP further out than 24 hours after listing on this particular forum? I do have two dozen I wish to sell, but even in your "Please read" section this isn't explained. Can PayPal be used? Many thanks!

You will need to create a single thread and update the post by pushing new replies. It's not optimal but it's how we are doing things here. Even mods like me have to do it this way. See my code thread for an example:

You're right -- that's anything but optimal. Seems like a great deal of scrolling is required to keep anything current. But, ok, if them's the rules...
