In this thread: http://www.hometheaterforum.com/uub/...ML/006416.html
someone posted a list of titles for trade. He also had an eBay auction with the same titles running at the same time and linked to the auction.
However, the Software For Sale/Trade forum rules state "No Auctions!" I'm guessing that refers only to the fact that if you offer a title for sale, then it has to have a posted price. The admins are very strict about this rule (and rightfully so, in my opinion.)
But I don't understand how a person could be able to link to eBay auctions. In fact, I would think that this is an even worse practice than offering titles here and not posting a set price. Does this mean that any time I put something home theater-related up on eBay, I can start a new thread in that forum?
If an admin could clarify the rules, I would appreciate it.
