While many 60" screens cost more than $10,000 and this one does retail for $16,999, but we have a limited supply of these amazing displays for way less than half of that. RETURNS

Plasma televisions are not able to be returned save for an even exchange dut to product malfunction. To return the unit you must retain all packing materials and ship the item back to us as it came to you. The return of the display is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide shipping and insurance back to the warehouse. An RMA number is required on all defective returns. Please call to obtain one before shipping. Please note: If no notice there is any damage to the unit you must let us know immediately. DO NOT we repeat DO NOT accept the shipment if you think that the unit is damaged or has visible damage. Make notation on the shipping bill but do not sign to accept the shipment and have them return the item to their facilities for evaluation.

Sorry to let you know we do not think that sunshine place is authorized for online sales actually for most of their equipment including Sony, Samsung, Zenith, Pioneer (especially Pioneer Elite), Panasonic, Toshiba, Sanyo, Fujitsu and probably NEC which means you run the risk of the manufacturer not honoring the warranty if they catch on who sold the item, a risky proposition indeed. We painstakingly researched all our manufacturers and we know who is and is not authorized for online sales and what we can and can't sell. There is no mention anywhere to their "authorized" status.

Should anyone want to buy from these guys caveat emptor. We won't play the price war game.

Also to note that price does not include shipping as ours does and their mounts and peripherals are much more expensive than ours. They charge $250 for a mount where we charge $169. Note also that most extended warranty companies do not honor extended warranties on items that do not carry a valid factory warranty so there is risk there as well if not authorized. Companies are very strict.

They also charge $325 for shipping bringing the total to $6824 add a mount $249 plus shipping $29 = $7103 to our $7168. Amazing the paltry difference between authorized and un-authorized. Is it really worth the risk? Add our incredible prices on warranties for the best warranty company on the net (Philips) and I am sure we would be cheaper.

Just remember you get what you pay for.

Very important information given by them AT their site.

"ShopSunshine.com is not an authorized dealer for the following brands: Denon, Onkyo, Yamaha & Fujitsu."

Yet the pages where those items are located say they come with a full USA warranty, but it isn't valid from non-authorized vendors.

Also a key to possible problems directly from their site.

"IMPORTANT NOTE:
Collection/payment of rebates is solely between the customer and manufacturer. Cyber Discount Warehouse and Shopsunshine assume no liability or guaranty of payment of third party rebates. Use of any rebates here is limited to the terms and conditions as determined by the manufacturer. If you have questions on these terms and conditions, please contact the manufacturer for assistance."

To us this means they possibly file off serial numbers because they can't sell the items without the manufacturer tracing thier products. Ever try to send in a rebate form that asks for a serial number when its not there? Obviously not but most people do not send in the warranty cards anyway. They say it contains a USA warranty so probably it does, but does not mean when a manufacturer gets a warranty card from a company on their "unauthorized" list that they will honor such a warranty.

They cannot guarantee rebates perhaps because they are not a "legitimate authorized dealer" which means actually...no rebate unless it may fall through the cracks on some items and the manufacturer didn't catch it. We think this is not the way to do business if this is the case.

Please also read their fine print how they can charge you %5 to cancel your order to reverse the charges that they already charged on your card. They may charge and not send the goods then charge you back when they cannot deliver as promised, with them making money on you not even getting any products. You cannot charge for an item unless you ship it or it is a special order item and it is in plain sight on your webpage or verbal agreement between customer and seller. By law you have 48 hrs after card charging to send. This is NY law as we understand it. We do not know if this policy of theirs is even legal.

Just be careful those of you who venture into the NY Abyss as we call it. There are many unscrupulous people who want to make a buck. Don't get swindled!
