I've decided to quit waiting on the next generation of new technology and buy my plasma now. I would like to stay in the $5000.00 area. There a two sets I'm considering. Pioneer Elite PRO-1130HD and the Fujitsu P50XTA51US.

I would appreciate any input concerning these two sets. If you feel there is another set as good or better in this price range I would would also be interested to hear your thoughts.

    Thanks

    Don

the elite is a nice panel...the Fujitsu lacks the ability to have an accurate gray scale

Also be sure to check out the NEC 50xr5. It can be had for around $3900 delivered (check for factory authorized retailers over the internet). Some compare it very favorably to both the Pioneer Elite and the Fujitsu.
