Pioneer VSX-D914 Remote (1 Viewer)

Hi. I just purchased the above reciever and I am having trouble programming this remote for my Philips DirecTivo 6000. I can't seem to find a code for it although the instructions say it works with satelite, DVR, etc.
I have the remote working for all my other components.
Any ideas?

nope, couldn't find any contact info on their web site

I would like to know how to find out also. I have the 814 remote and cannot find the code for the pioneer voyager HD box 3510.
