Pioneer Elite Recievers... Opinions (1 Viewer)

Well I am now curious about pioneer elite products. I am interested in proably the 47TX. Alot of people say that they have clipping proablems... and they do get pretty hot. Well I listened to the 47TX compared to a Denon 3803 today at moderate level -20. I couldnt tell of any serious clipping. But when I did get it a little louder I could tell there could be some problems. Does anyone own one? Are you happy with it?

I own the 36TX. It's clip city! Hot doesn't even describe the reciever, even when barely being pushed. Thought about B&K recievers?
