pioneer elite pro-710hd convergence problem (1 Viewer)

My pioneer elite pro 710hd has a crooked screen. When I bring up the 72 point convergence screen the white lines running horizontally are slanting by about half an inch.
Anyone else experience this and what did you do?

this has to be corrected via the fine convergence settings on the Pioneer sets.
www.Keohi.com will have specific instructions on how to do it. Feel free to post here if you have other questions.

Once you correct the crooked lines you will have to reconvergence the mode you are working on.
