Pioneer DV-656A problems (1 Viewer)

I hope this is in the right place. Quick question for everyone. I just bought this player last tuesday. Last night, I put in my Batman dvd. I have had no problems with this disc ever before on any other players. When I put the disc in, the player made a loud noise and was vibrating like crazy. The movie played, but I stopped it because I didn't want to damage the player. Any ideas? Should I exchange it or not worry about it? Any info would be great. Thanks.

With my Panasonic DVD-R31, it also sometimes makes a loud, vibrating noise. So loud in fact I went back to Best Buy and listened to their demo--same exact noise. Whew! And it only does it on the menu portions of a disc.
