On the back it has two video outputs and 4 audio outputs. Is this just to hook it up to two TV's or a TV and something else? This is my first LD player so this is my guess.

There should be two stereo outs for audio and two outputs of each video type. That's normal for Pioneer, their DVD players are like that, too.

That's my player, too. The extra hookups are just that -- extra. You could run them to another TV, a VCR, a DVD recorder, etc. I don't use the extra connections for anything, but I suppose it's nice to have them available.

    Enjoy your player.

Thanks. I'm building a flexy rack right now, so when that is done I'm going to move everything around and hook the LD player up. Then it's Indiana Jones in DPL II! Woohoo! Someday when I get enough cash I'll get Star Wars too.
