What's the best receiver between these options? Here in Brazil we have few options and high prices... I know Yamaha has quality, and this new Pioneer has more features?

Yamaha 620 is last years model, it is now the 630,
The 811 has 6.1 DTS Discrete, and in all channel stereo plays over 70w/ch
The Yamaha plays 28w with all channels.
