I am posting this question in this forum because it seems to have the most people with experience with the unique Pioneer 563. The thing that know on seems to grasp is the funky bass management. With a 200hz crossover for the sub on DVD-A, I am trying to design a system which would sound right. Right now I have 3 different approaches:
Rather try and wright a description I am including a link . http://userweb.suscom.net/~kysard55/

Of the three the first looks to make the most since but I have never heard off a dual sub setup with one sub for LFE and one for the bass intended for L&R. Is this a viable option?

David, an alternate option is using something like the ICBM for bass management duties. It would connect inline between the 563 and the 5.1 input on your receiver. You would then not use BM on the 563, but rather use the ICBM to tailor the crossover point to your liking.
