Has anyone had experience with the Pioneer 563 A DVD player? If plays SACD and DVD Audio and can be purchased for less than $150.00. Is this too good too be true or a pretty good device at a great price?

I don't want to seem unfriendly, but you really need to make use of the search engine here.

This player has threads with hundreds (if not thousands) of posts. Anything anyone would want to know about this player has been posted.

I will give you the very short story.

Yes, its a decent player for both audio and video. It has some flaws in its bass management, and its not the best deinterlacer out there, but for the price, its a reasonable way to dip your toe into the hi-rez water.

And be aware, it has a problem with certain newer DVD-A titles. Pioneer is offering a firmware upgrade for that.
