Pioneer 45 owners: What sound mode do you use w/stereo TV, VCR, etc. signals? (1 Viewer)

use when viewing stereo programming, tv, vcr? Are your options limited? Can you use DPLII, NEO 6?

There are a host of DSPs, but I mostly use Neo 6 and occasionally DPL II.

As David said there are a host of options. I actually like 7 channel stereo or DP2 the best. the DP2 also has adjustments for Panorama,Center Width and dimension which really dials in the sound you like.

Very powerful processing IMHO.

How is your tv signal sent to the receiver to achieve this?

L&R Audio Out on the TV to one of the analog inputs on the receiver for cable.

My Replay TV and HD box both have digital outs.

Does this unit remember each individual setting for each different input - dvd = PLII movie, cd = PLII music, tv = neo cinema?
