I'll be getting a new TV, necessitating a prog scan player, sometime later this year...is this the model that I should be looking into for price vs. performance? I heard good things about the RP56...and just wondered.

Anyone know if the audio Dynamic Range Compression is always on, or is it defeatable? Is this a common feature (flaw?) found on other DVD players?
