I have Direct TV and am quite happy with it, except for one thing: Local channel reception.
I bought a powered antenna similar to this:

Most channels come it fairly well. ABC is fuzzy, and UPN is only received on lucky days.
This blows chunks for me because I MUST have my Star Trek Enterprise!
I am wondering if there is anyway to further boost my signal. What if I put two of these powered antenna in line? Would that help. or fry everything that I hold dear?

no suggestions yet? Did I post in the wrong forum? On a bad day? Is my karma in neutral?

I am on the other side of the mountain from Albuquerque and bought a big ol attic mount attenna from radio shack. It also receives digital, so far so good, although I am awaiting my Toshiba 65hdx82, than I can really talk to ya.
