Phillips SACD962 Progressive DVD/SACD player: Need Info PLEASE? (1 Viewer)

I have heard the Philips SACD 962 is a multichannel SACD/ progressive DVD player (presumeably,one that that has a true DSD decoder, unlike the Pioneer AX-10)that has the Sage/Faroudja DCDi deinterlacing chip and will retail for less than $800...
Does anyone have any links to this player as it sounds quite awesome...
Will it be available in the US??
