Philips Pronto Users Please HELP!!! (1 Viewer)

I own a tsu-2000 pronto and for some strange reason I can't load new ccf file's into it. It works fine on my neighbors computer, but it will not load from my hp computer. I am running window's XP, could this be the differance. I don't know what the heck is going on.:frowning:

Joel,

You should probably go to remotecentral.com and ask this question. Comm problems aren't that unusual, and can normally be fixed. You may need to disable any software that could be using your comm port, PDA software especially. Reasigning comm ports is also a possiblility. I'm not a real expert on this problem, but if you post at remotecentral, try to provide as much info as possible.
